  1. For Potato Filling: Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them when they are warm. To the mashed potatoes, add and mix coriander leaves, green chilli, red chilli powder, amchur powder and salt.
  2. For Besan Batter: In Besan add ajwain, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, asafoetida and salt. Add water for the desired consistency. Check for the seasoning.

  4. For Assembling Bread Pakora: Cut the Slice of bread into triangular slices.
